The Entrepreneur-in-Residence role is a hybrid player-coach role where Evan helps set working cadence, builds a team's execution capacity and focuses on executing a strategic opportunity on behalf of your organization. 

Sometimes, an opportunity has already been identified but the capacity of an organization to actively execute towards just isn't at the level it needs to be. Evan brings field and strategic experience, a productive restlessness and the knowledge of human dynamics to help elevate that capacity and build the ability of your teams to be effectively and safely entrepreneurial.
